Much like our countries addiction to and dependence on foreign oil, many in the US feel I can’t live without salt water softeners. Just like we know deep down that we have to wean ourselves from gasoline, we also must wean ourselves from conditioning water in a manner that produces waste and pollutes the very groundwater we softened with salt.
Using magnetic forces in place of a salt water softener may seem like going from a Corvette to a Corvair, but it’s what the Earth’s wonderful water system needs now.
